training programs or to create a specialized training course to
fit your needs.

Agility
Agility is one of the fastest growing dog sports, and there is no
better way to enhance the bond between owner and pet. Agility
provides a FUN outlet for your dog's excess energy, its like taking
your dog to a doggie amusement park with a maze of obstacles,
tunnels, jumps, seesaws, and scalable walls. The only thing more
fun than watching agility is participating with your own dog.
We can do the hard work and train your dog on the agility obstacles,
or we can work with you training your dog.

Tracking
Simply put, tracking is the dog following his nose, on a scent. We
can train a dog in either traditional sport/footstep to footstep
tracking or tracking through drive. Whether you are looking to
teach your dog to track to an AKC, UKC or Schutzhund title, or to
find a lost or missing person, K-9 Angels can help you achieve your
goals.

Narcotics/Explosive Detection
K-9 Angels offers both basic and advanced scent detection. The
basic detection programs include scent association for two scents,
and beginning search patterns. Advanced programs include
additional scents, room searches, and car searches. Specialized
programs such as suspect searches also available.

Cadaver/Human Remains Detection
Missing persons believed dead are an all to common occurrence in
modern society. Hikers become lost in the wilderness. People are
murdered and the bodies dumped or buried in remote areas.
Buildings collapse due to earthquake, explosion, storms, terrorist
attacks or poor construction. Swimmers and boaters drown in lakes,
rivers, and bays. And the task of locating these bodies can be a
daunting one. There are a number of ways to go about searching for
a missing body, and one of the more effective is to use specially
trained dogs called cadaver dogs or HRDD (Human Remains
Detection Dogs). Cadaver dogs are trained to use their powerful
sense of smell to locate a missing body. We can customize a
training program based on your needs and probable search areas.

Search and Rescue
The Search and Rescue dog has to have excellent off leash
obedience training. The dog has to have a good nose, stamina to
run and walk long distances, a friendly disposition to all dogs and
humans, the ability to work in strange environments without
becoming distressed, and a coat that can protect him or her from
the environmental elements where they will be working. Although
any healthy dog can be taught to track for short distances, the SAR
dog needs to be able to track for much longer periods. The SAR dog
needs to be of medium to large breed.

Tricks and Film Work
We can train your dog to pose for photographs and provide trick
training for commercials, and movie appearances. We also have
pre-trained dogs available for photo shoots.
Dogs love having a job.
We also offer pre-protection.
Dog trained to maintain
any position for photo
          opportunities.
Service Mobility Dogs
We usually have, train, and certify three Service Mobility Dogs each
year. If you are in need of one contact us and we will attempt to match
you up with one of our dogs. Cost of these dogs will be on a sliding
scale based on your income but we believe the dedication of the
individual in obtaining their Service Dog sets the stage for their
future sucess. A Service Dog is an investment in independence and
will pay for themselves many times over during their working career.
We highly encourage anyone desiring a Service Mobility Dog to
actively participate in fundraising to help offset the cost of raising
and training their Mobilty Service Dog.
